- From the Xpress tab, locate the candidate you would like to send to Tenstreet to complete employment verifications (you can search for a specific driver from Quick Search in the side panel or from the main Search tab - both within Xpress).
Scroll down to this panel and click Process, then Add Process.
From the "Select a Process" dropdown menu, choose Assign to Tenstreet for EVS Processing. Then click Start Process. This will trigger a notification to Tenstreet that you are ready for us to begin obtaining employment verifications on this driver. (Note: If there are any users who should not have the ability to assign drivers to Tenstreet to complete employment verifications, please let us know.)
- During the process, you can see where we are with each verification by clicking on the hyperlink shown below called Completed Xchange Requests X of X.
If our team has questions or comments for you about the driver's employment verifications, you will see this in the Notes section of the dashboard as well as in your Reminders box (at the top of the left-hand panel).
To respond the team's questions, or to send a new message to the team, you'll go to the Notes section, then Add Note. Enter your note in the box, then enter a Next Action Date, and select to send the note as a reminder to Tenstreet VOE Processor.
When all employment verifications have returned for the candidate, or all attempts have been made, the individuals assigned as the Recruiter and Processor will receive a message in their Reminders box, as well as an email.
Please review the driver's employment verifications and/or attempts for compliance and to ensure the candidate meets your hiring guidelines. You can view all employment verifications by clicking the Completed Xchange Requests X of X on the driver's profile.
- From there, you will see the list of employers. Click on each employer to view the requested and provided employment information. PDF documentation, if applicable, will be found under the Supporting Documents tab, shown below.
