When you're a Tenstreet Xchange Network Provider, you want all of your VOE requests to be sent to you electronically. What most of our clients are doing when they receive a fax, is fax a letter back that states something like this or use this cover sheet.
We are now processing all employment verification requests electronically. To make a request, please go to: https://dashboard.tenstreet.com/company_signup and complete the sign up form. After you sign up, you will receive an email with a username, password and instructions about how to get started.
If you are already a Tenstreet client, please select a “request method” of “network” (instead of fax, phone, etc) when forwarding your request for verification. Thank you.
After we receive the initial request to create their account, we verify the information provided to make sure the requestor is a legitimate carrier, then we set up their individual username, password and forward them an email with instructions.
