How do I update my email address or phone number in Driver Pulse?

The steps for updating your phone number and email address are very similar.

How do I update my phone number?

Things Required: Access to the email address still associated with your profile

1. Start off by logging into Driver Pulse normally
2. Have the authorization code sent to your email on file
3. Grab the code from your email, and input into the code box so that you can get into your account.
4. Click on Profile, then Edit Profile, and change your phone number to what you need it to be
5. Make sure you hit Next until you get all the way to the end to hit Save

If you do not have access to the email or phone number, it will not allow you back into your old information. You can go to this website and fill out that form manually one time and that will update your information.
