Please perform the following if you are experiencing issues with the IntelliApp:
- Clear your web browser’s cache, cookies, and web browsing history. If you are not sure how to do this, just google the phrase, “how to clear my cache and cookies” and include the device you are using (ex. iPhone 11, Samsung Galaxy Note 10, Pixel 5).
- Make sure you are using a good web browser. Safari and Internet Explorer are not recommended; for best results, please use either Google Chrome or Firefox.
- Check your Internet connectivity and make sure you are connected to a good, solid Wi-Fi and have full bars. This will give you the best results with filling out an IntelliApp with fewer issues.
- If Issues persist, please attempt to complete your IntelliApp from a desktop or laptop computer, utilizing either Google Chrome or Firefox web browser.
