Tenstreet can only process a dispute for any information found on a Tenstreet employment verification report. Those reports can be found for free by visiting https://intelliapp.driverapponline.com/c/tsdriver. Processing these initial report requests can take 24 to 48 hours.

How to start the Dispute Process
Once you have submitted the form at the above link, you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org. If any of the reports in that email have details you wish to dispute, please reply to that email chain and provide as much relevant information as you can regarding the item(s) to dispute, such as dates, police reports, court records, etc.
Once your email is received, someone will take your information and begin the process. They may send additional emails to you for further clarification on anything you provide in your response. The process will be completed within 30 days of receipt of your initial dispute email.
You have the right to have a rebuttal statement attached to any alleged erroneous information presented on a Tenstreet report if you and the previous employer cannot agree on the accuracy of the information. Drivers may submit a rebuttal initially without a request for correction or after requesting a correction.
To submit a rebuttal request, please reply to the email from email@example.com and outline the information from your report to which you wish to add a statement.
